3. Shipping & Delivery

• We ship Australia-wide and to select international locations. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.
• Once an order has left our store, it is in the hands of the postal carrier. Spellbound Books & Gifts is not responsible for any loss, damage, or delays that occur in transit. If issues arise, we encourage customers to contact the shipping provider.

4. Returns & Refunds

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase, provided the book is unused and in its original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
• Digital products, clearance items, and gift cards are non-refundable.
• If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days with photos, and we will work to resolve the issue.
