Shipping Policy

1. Processing & Dispatch Times

• Orders are processed within 2-5 business days after payment is received.
• During peak seasons, sales, or special promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.
• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (if applicable).

2. Shipping Locations

• We currently ship Australia-wide and to select international destinations.
• International shipping availability and costs will be displayed at checkout.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and chosen shipping method.
• Estimated delivery times:
  • Standard Shipping (Australia): 3-15 business days
  • Express Shipping (Australia): 1-4 business days
  • International Shipping: Varies by location (typically 7-21 business days)
• Please note that these are estimated timeframes, and actual delivery times may vary due to postal service delays.

4. Tracking & Lost Packages

• Tracking is available for most shipping options. If your order includes tracking, the details will be emailed to you upon dispatch.
• Spellbound Books & Gifts is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. If an issue arises, we recommend contacting the carrier directly for assistance.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at admin@spellboundbooks.com.au with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

• International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.
• We cannot guarantee that international orders will pass through customs without delays.

7. Returns Due to Incorrect Address

• If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, the customer is responsible for additional shipping fees to have the order re-sent.
